研究领域

融合合成化学和计算机辅助药物设计技术开展针对抗病毒药物和肿瘤蛋白相互作用靶点的药物设计和发现工作,开展对功能蛋白结构域到活性小分子的“翻译”研究,主要针对蛋白蛋白相互作用进行相应功能小分子的药物设计与合成

1. 开展基于多组分反应的多肽、拟肽合成药物化学研究。

2. 新有机合成反应,新试剂与新技术(特别是不对称合成反应技术)在药物合成的应用。

3. 建设多组分反应的化合骨架数据库,开发新型多组分反应化学骨架,建立快速构建化合物库的合成能力。

4. 利用生命科学研究成果,特别是最新细胞内信号传导,通路以及相关结构生物学研究进展,开展生物活性分子化合物的设计。

5. 合作开展应用基于锚点骨架和基于结构的药物设计,寻找和发现新先导物,充分利用在蛋白蛋白相互作用调节剂中的经验,直接考虑化合物与靶点蛋白或核酸三维结构匹配和电子分布匹配进行相应设计,脱离传统盲目组合化学合成,利用多组分反应研究基础进行构效关系,进行先导物的结构优化和化学合成。

6. 利用独特多组分反应合成的化学骨架发散型的化合物库,利用国内外各种细胞筛选平台合作进行高通量筛选研究

有机合成技术(肽类似物,拟肽以及肽键替代),高分子合成技术,计算机辅助药物设计,虚拟化合物库设计,评估与构建,HIV-1衣壳蛋白组装模型,抗凋亡蛋白抑制评价
